Once an order is placed, our systems are designed for quick processing to ensure that your items are delivered within our promised timeframes. Unfortunately, this efficiency means orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted. This policy is noted on our website at checkout, and our agents are trained to share this information when orders are placed over the phone.

If you need to return items after you receive them, we would be happy to provide you with a return label. Our easy online return and exchange service is available within a certain timeframe from the shipment date, except for clearance items marked as Final Sale.
