You can track your order using the tracking number provided after shipment or if you believe your order has been lost, click here. If you have initiated an exchange and have not received the new item, it may be due to the original item being out of stock at the time your exchange was processed. In such cases, a refund for the returned item will be issued back to your original form of payment. It generally takes a few days for the refund amount to be credited and you will receive a refund notification via email.
