  2. If your order shows as delivered, check around your delivery area and with neighbors in case it was received by someone else on your behalf.
  3. If delivered by FedEx, check the proof of delivery photo to ensure this is your address
  4. If delivered by USPS, contact your local postal service with the tracking number to inquire about the exact delivery location or any delivery issues.
  5. If after these steps your package is still missing, reach out to our customer service to report the issue. We may investigate with the carrier or consider resending your item or issuing a refund.
