How do I return an item and get my refund?Updated 10 months ago

We're sorry to hear you need to return an item. To initiate a return, you can process it easily online by visiting our returns center and entering your order number and email address. You will then receive an email with a QR code and instructions on how to return your items via FedEx or a participating Walgreens location. FedEx will print the return label for you when you show them the QR code, or you can print the label yourself and affix it to the package before drop-off at Walgreens.

After we receive your returned items within 7-10 business days at our distribution center, they will undergo an inspection before the return is confirmed. Once processed, your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment within a specified date range, minus any return postage fee. Please make sure to return regular-priced merchandise in its original and saleable condition. Note that clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
