I have credits or gift cards from returns, how can I use them?Updated 10 months ago

If you have credits or gift cards on your account from previous returns, and you’re having trouble locating how much you have or how to apply them to an order, please check your email, including any spam, junk, and deleted folders, for emails from us detailing the gift card information. If you have not received your gift cards, we will issue a request to resend the gift card numbers to your email address on file. Please allow a certain amount of time to receive them. If further assistance is needed, do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service via email or by calling our hotline, available 7 days a week.
