If you did not receive the QR code and return label for your return, please check your email's spam, junk, and deleted folders, as sometimes emails can be filtered out. As an added convenience, we can provide a copy of the QR code and your return label directly. There are two easy methods to make a return: through FedEx, where the QR code can be scanned for label printing and package shipping, or through a participating Walgreens outlet where you can drop off your packed and labeled package for return. Do allow 7-10 business days for us to receive the return, inspect the items, and process your refund or exchange.
